Tips for telephone befriending
****
We are working together as a community through these challenging times to try and make sure people who need support get it.
It is heart-warming to see the amount of volunteers that are already supporting those
within our community but we also need to continue to chat and share with each
other and bring hope and sometimes even laughter.
We believe that currently most people who need support are getting it through friends and
neighbours, or via arrangements they have made.
We do have team of villagers who have offered to help if these current arrangements fall
through for any reason.
Below are some contacts and information that may help you or someone you know.
You can contact any of the Community Hub Support members, they are co-ordinating our local community support and volunteers. They can be contacted on the phone below or the WhatsApp group. If you would like to join the WhatApp group please pass your mobile telephone number to Scott Robertson via the mobile below or our contact page, you can also use the WhatsApp link on the top of this webpage.
Please remember that we are all volunteers and will do what we can as safely as we can, for you
and ourselves.
